The next day at school...
you sit with Anita at lunch. A girl named Melissa walks by with her group of friends and loudly says, "That's the girl in the meme we saw". They all proceed to laugh. You shout out, "Excuse me, but that girl has a name. Her name is Anita and she is my friend. You don't even know her, so stop being a bully. Next time you say something about her we will report you to the school for harassment, got it?". Melissa falls silent. You tell Anita about the laws you've learned about and both decide to go together to report Ty's actions to the school administration. You know that the bullying might not stop right away, but by reporting it the school has to do something to help and something is better than nothing.
Some final thoughts...
The clues you've gathered point to one final piece of advice when unscrambled...
Before you post ____________. Is it thoughtful? helpful? important? necessary? or kind? If what you are about to post isn't one of these things keep it to yourself because posted it could be bullying.
